The Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce advocates on behalf of our members to positively influence decisions made at all levels of government.
Advocacy begins with our members through face to face communication, surveys, and our policy committees. We identify the issues that restrain business growth and work to create solutions to bring forward to government. We also work to bring awareness to issues facing the local business community.
When appropriate, we work with our partners at the Alberta Chambers of Commerce and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce for advocacy on our behalf.
If you are interested in joining one of our volunteer Policy Committees or learning more about our policy and advocacy, please contact our Policy and Advocacy Manager, Reg Warkentin.
