The Red Deer District Chamber Ambassador Program is a group of engaged members who help create a welcoming, connected, and valuable experience for fellow Chamber members.
Ambassadors are an extension of the Chamber team, helping build relationships, welcome new and existing members, support Chamber initiatives, and strengthen connections throughout our business community.
What Do Ambassadors Do?
Ambassadors help bring the Chamber experience to life by:
- Welcoming members and creating a strong first impression
- Making meaningful introductions and helping members connect
- Supporting Chamber events and initiatives
- Helping new members feel engaged and connected
- Sharing member feedback and insights with the Chamber team
Ambassadors contribute in different ways based on their strengths, interests, and availability. This is a flexible, people-focused opportunity built around connection, collaboration, and community.
What’s Involved?
Ambassadors commit to:
- Participating in approximately one Chamber activity per month (or equivalent contribution)
- Attending Ambassador meetings throughout the year (4-5 one hour meetings)
- Representing the Chamber professionally and creating a welcoming environment for members
Opportunities to contribute may include Chamber events, member outreach, new member engagement, community events, and other initiatives that support the member experience.

- Passionate about connecting people and building community
- Approachable, reliable, and engaged
- Interested in supporting fellow members and the Chamber community
- Excited to create meaningful connections
Become a Chamber Ambassador
Ambassadors serve a 12-month term, with opportunities for renewal. Interested members complete an application process focused on alignment with the program’s purpose and values.
